Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on lifts and complete the checklist.
• Supply line with components and empty scrap containers.
• Move WIP and Finished Goods from line to storage areas and ensure correct placement.
• Work the required hours, including overtime as needed.
• Assist on the line and in line changeovers; perform other duties as assigned by the leader.
• Scan completed production into inventory.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must demonstrate the mechanical ability to perform all required preventative maintenance on the lifts along with filing out the proper checklist for the lift
• Suppling line with components to run, Emptying scrap containers
• Will be responsible for moving WIP and Finished Goods from the line to storage areas and ensuring that they are handled properly and put in the correct place
• Must be willing and able to work the hours needed including overtime
• Must assist on the line when needed and assist in changeovers at the line
• Is responsible for other duties as assigned by the leader
• Scanning of completed production into inventory

ELIGIBILITY/CRITERIA QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to complete Powered Industrial Truck training, test and obtain license including proof of proper vision
• Basic computer skills required
• No Attendance warnings
• Working knowledge of plant layout
• Knowledge of FIFO preferred
• Self-Driven
• High attention to detail and able to prioritize tasks quickly
• Ability to learn and execute visual management program
• Must be capable of physically performing all essential job functions with reasonable accommodations
