Responsibilities

• Set ram pressures, stroke depths, and sequences per blueprints and specs.
• Install, adjust, or remove dies and hammers using hand tools and overhead cranes.
• Heat metal or feed stock into presses, hammers, and forging rolls.
• Inspect finished parts with gauges to verify tolerances.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.
