Job summary

Aluminum Precision Products (APP) is a leading aluminum forging manufacturer hiring a Blacksmith Apprentice for the 2nd shift. You'll set up and operate forging presses, load stock, inspect in-process parts, and guide trainees to deliver high-quality components in a fast-paced environment.

Level 1-3 duties involve training, inspection, and equipment operation, with ITAR compliance and potential career growth within an ESOP company. Apply at [e-mail].

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of High School or equivalent.
• 3+ months related manufacturing/production experience.
• US Citizen or US Person as defined by ITAR rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate the forging press at console.
• Lubricate die surfaces and stock/parts.
• Instruct Trainee to assure the production of quality parts.
• Maintain accurate part-counts of current production.
• Assure quality and production requirements are met, as per job-specific travelers.
