Job summary

Prudent Technologies and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a ForgeRock Engineer for on-site work in Plano, TX or San Antonio, TX on a W2 arrangement.

You will design, implement, and integrate ForgeRock IAM solutions across AM/IDM/DS and Identity Gateway, while developing custom authentication modules and journeys to support SSO, MFA, and federation. You will collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure secure provisioning, lifecycle management, and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with ForgeRock IAM solutions and related components.
• Knowledge of PingIdentity and OAuth 2.0 is required.
• Proficient in Python, Go, and Java Spring Boot for IAM projects.
• Experience with monitoring and metrics collection using Prometheus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using ForgeRock.
• Configure ForgeRock AM, IDM, DS, and Identity Gateway components.
• Develop custom authentication modules, journeys, and policies.
• Integrate ForgeRock with enterprise apps via SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, LDAP, REST.
• Maintain Java-based customizations for ForgeRock products.
• Implement SSO, MFA, and federation solutions.
• Design user lifecycle management and provisioning workflows.
• Troubleshoot production IAM issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Perform platform upgrades, deployments, and security hardening.
• Create technical design documents and operational procedures.
