Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a ForgeRock Engineer in the United States (MA, Quincy) to migrate from SiteMinder to ForgeRock and support complex architecture. You will collaborate with multiple teams, participate in code reviews, and ensure adherence to platform best practices.

The role includes 24x7 on-call support on a rotation schedule. Required are 5+ years of ForgeRock experience, strong communication, and knowledge of Jenkins/Jira CI/CD tools.

Qualifications

• Must have ForgeRock expertise and 5+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of ForgeRock tools and complex architecture.
• Experience with migration from SiteMinder to ForgeRock.
• Familiarity with Jenkins, Jira and CI/CD processes.
• Ability to work with multiple teams and communicate clearly.
• Experience with Agile development and DevOps for ForgeRock.

Responsibilities

• The ForgeRock Engineer will handle SiteMinder to ForgeRock migrations, including design and implementation.
• Participate in daily/weekly standups, code reviews, and QA walkthroughs.
• Adhere to platform architecture and best practices.
• Collaborate with application teams on migration activities.
• Provide 24x7 on-call support on a rotating schedule.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Candidate should be expert in ForgeRock enablement for the application architecture with 5+ Years in experience.
• Sound knowledge of all the ForgeRock tools and able to support the complex architecture framework.
• Design, Implement application migration from SiteMinder to ForgeRock
• Knowledge of Jenkins, Train, Jira tools
• Worked on CICD pipeline process enablement for larger project.
• Enable the monitoring tools for the product cycle
• Working experience of integration work complex applications architecture.
• Able to work and co-ordinate with multiple team members.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Process-oriented with great documentation skills
• Experience with or knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies
• Should be aware of Devops process for Forgerock product suite and Authorization process
• Able to have knowledge on Forgerock product suite Having knowledge of Forgops will be added advantages
