Midtown Athletic Club is seeking a FORGE Instructor to deliver high-energy Megaformer-style classes on site using the XFormer. You’ll coach with your authentic style, drive participation, and create experiences that keep members coming back.
You’ll lead safe, engaging sessions for varying fitness levels, build community, and embody Midtown values. Requires a nationally accredited strength training certification or Megaformer/Lagree training; compensation is $48–$54 per class with benefits.

FORGE is Midtown’s Megaformer-style strength studio, offering a high-intensity, low-impact workout experience. Classes are performed on the XFormer using spring-based resistance, controlled movement, and sustained muscular tension to build total-body strength and endurance.
As a FORGE Instructor, you will bring your authentic coaching style, energy, and expertise to every class while driving participation, and creating an experience that motivates members to return consistently.
Compensation Range: $48 - $54 per class.
The final offered rate will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
