Job summary

CTL Forest Management – A Ceres Company is seeking Groundsmen to support forestry operations, logging activities, vegetation management, and environmental restoration projects.

Operate hand tools and light equipment, follow safety practices, and work outdoors in challenging terrains. You will contribute to community resilience while meeting project timelines and coordinating with foremen and crew.

Qualifications

• Experience in logging or outdoor labor preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Work outdoors year-round in varying weather.
• Strong safety and productivity discipline.
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent availability.
• Follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Support logging and forestry operations including clearing and limbing.
• Fire Watch duties as needed.
• Operate hand tools and light equipment.
• Assist with site preparation for vegetation management.
• Follow safety practices and OSHA requirements.
• Work with foremen and crew to meet project timelines.
