Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Forestry Engineering or equivalent with EIT certification.
• Actively pursuing PE licensure.
• 1–5 years of civil design experience, ideally with growing project management responsibilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams, clients, and agencies.
• Proficient with Civil 3D and MS Office; organized with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Design low volume access roads and utilities per state/county/city standards.
• Run hydrology/hydraulic calculations for stormwater systems.
• Design culvert plans and ensure complete technical calculations.
• Prepare stormwater run-off calculations, designs, and reports.
• Collaborate with in-house teams and subconsultants to keep projects on track.
• Use Civil 3D for drafting tasks and manage survey points.
• Generate submittal packages for land use, plans, and records.
• Engage with clients, agencies, and stakeholders to build consulting presence.
