Job summary

Itasca County Land Department is seeking a Forester to assist with county land management, forestry and timber programs. This role provides technical and professional assistance to the district foresters, staff forester and other land department staff.

• Associate degree with 1 year forestry work experience may suffice.
• Geographic information systems experience is a plus.

WORK HOURS, WORK LOCATION

Work Hours: The normal hours of work shall be 40 hours per week, overtime as necessary and approved. Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm,

Work Location: Itasca County Land Department, 1177 LaPrairie Ave, Grand Rapids, MN and County-wide on field projects.
