Job summary

ISA Certified Arborist seeks a Foreperson to coordinate crews, equipment, and supplies to fulfill contract work safely and efficiently. Must hold an active CDL and be able to lead field operations, including tree trimming and removal, with strong safety discipline.

The role involves outdoor work, driving company vehicles, and ensuring crew PPE usage. Benefits include health insurance, 401K, and PTO, with travel as required for assignments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Active CDL required for the position.
• Strong ability to supervise a crew and coordinate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Direct crew members and manage equipment daily.
• Plan, assign, and supervise tasks to complete work safely.
• Maintain records and communicate with property owners as needed.
• Ensure PPE usage and follow safety practices on site.
• Perform field work including tree trimming/removal and equipment operation.
