Xylem Tree Experts is seeking a Foreperson to coordinate crews performing tree trimming and removal, equipment handling, and project supervision. You will ensure safety, compliance, and efficient completion of daily tasks while coordinating with property owners for access and scheduling.
The role requires outdoor work, valid driver's license, and participation in storm restoration deployments as needed. Travel is required, and benefits include health insurance and a 401K plan.
The Foreperson coordinates crew members, equipment, tools, and supplies in order to complete all jobs according to contract specifications.
The Foreperson has no direct reports, but directs crew members to prepare equipment, tools, and supplies necessary for each day’s work.
Prior experience in electric utility vegetation management, construction, logging, landscaping, mechanical, or military industries preferred
High School diploma or education equivalent preferred
