Job summary

COMTECH TELECOMMUNICATIONS in Pensacola, FL is seeking a CNO Subject Matter Expert (FORE) to maintain FORE course content, guide instructors, and develop new material to stay current with evolving technologies.

The role applies technical expertise to create training materials, assesses student knowledge, and reviews content for accuracy; you will collaborate with the Training Developer to ensure standards are met and material remains state-of-the-art.

Qualifications

• Adapt content to evolving tech and threats

• Review and revise FORE content for accuracy
• Coordinate with Training Developer on revisions

Responsibilities

• Perform duties as FORE SME by maintaining the accuracy of FORE course content and supporting instructors.
• Apply technical area expertise for the development of training material to meet FORE objectives.
• Incorporate FORE subject matter knowledge into training materials to meet identified training standards.
• Incorporate the impact of changing technologies into training materials.
• Develop tools to assess student knowledge, skills, and abilities to gauge student proficiency in the topic.
• Review and analyze training materials and recommend changes.
• Conduct content review
