Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience (internship or coursework in forensic accounting, litigation support, or family law litigation is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts both verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to pursue professional certifications such as CPA, CFF, ABV, ASA, or CVA in the future.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data in family law cases, including valuation and income assessments.
• Prepare financial models, reports and supporting documentation.
• Research valuation methodologies and industry trends in family law.
• Review tax returns, bank statements, disclosures, and ownership records.
• Assist in expert witness reports and court presentations.
• Maintain organized financial records with accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with attorneys and forensic teams on case strategy.
• Uphold client confidentiality and professional standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
