Qualifications

• Alternate substitution: bachelor's degree with 16 semester credits in job specific or related coursework may be substituted for education and experience requirements.
• This position requires passing a pre-employment drug screen, criminal history background check, and fingerprint check.

Responsibilities

• Perform forensic technician duties in the Toxicology Unit and provide casework support under direction of professional staff.
• Enter case information into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
• Maintain equipment and supplies, handle evidence, and manage stored evidence.
• Work in a bias-free manner and comply with agency policies.
