Job summary

Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse for a PRN on-call position, with Nights and weekend work as required. This role focuses on forensic examinations as part of sexual assault protocols and coordinated patient care.

You will join a premier Baylor Scott & White Health facility dedicated to world‑class care. The RN will perform forensic examinations, provide follow-up care, and may testify in judicial proceedings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
• Must possess either CA-SANE or SANE-A certification.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a RN.
• Hold a current Nursing License and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• As an RN Sexual Assault Examiner, perform forensic examinations for evidence collection.
• Provide follow-up care and participate in judicial process, including witness testimony.
• Adhere to the Texas Nursing Practice Act when delegating interventions.
