University of Nevada, Las Vegas invites applications for a full-time, 9-month, non-tenure track teaching faculty member (Assistant Professor in Residence) to begin Fall, 2027. The primary responsibility is the development and instruction of undergraduate courses in forensic psychology, as well as teaching foundational and upper-division courses, including capstone.

The Department seeks individuals with a Ph.D.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in psychology or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Credentials must be obtained prior to the start date.
• ABD candidates will be considered.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and instruct undergraduate courses in forensic psychology.
• Teach foundational and upper-division courses, including capstone.
• Collaborate with program coordinator for assessment and quality control.
