• Examine, assess, medically diagnose and treat assigned patients.
• Provide preventative primary care services, including admission and annual history.
• Participate in medical staff meetings and committees.
• Provide effective treatment planning and identify issues in patient care.
• Reporting to the ACS Service Medical Director.

Job description

Position Highlights:

• LOCATION: Middletown, CT
• SCHEDULE: Full-time (40 hours weekly), 1st Shift, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
• Please note: This is a Hazardous Duty position.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:
