Job summary

Wexford Health Sources is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional in Memphis, TN, to join a multidisciplinary team at the Criminal Justice Center. You will provide assessment, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning for justice-involved patients.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the behavioral health team to develop, implement, and adjust care plans, with a focus on safety, documentation, and program development.

Qualifications

• Must hold Tennessee LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license.
• Master's degree in a mental health field is required.
• Two or more years of forensic clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health screenings, assessments, and clinical evaluations.
• Provide individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.
• Observe and assess patient behavior to identify clinical needs and risks.
• Collaborate with the behavioral health team to develop and adjust treatment plans.
• Coordinate psychiatric services, track referrals, and document processes.
• Deliver counseling, behavior modification, and psychoeducation interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and document treatment goals.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
• Support case management, chart reviews, and internal audits.
• Assist with program development and staff training as needed.
