Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking motivated graduates to join the Consulting program. As part of Baker Tilly Consulting, you will leverage our global brand and entrepreneurial culture to apply your accounting and business knowledge across services to meet clients' needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • GPA requirement: minimum 3.0 overall; 3.2 preferred.
  • Relevant internship/work experience and/or professional organization involvement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team with client personnel across industries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
  • No immigration sponsorship available for this position.
  • Willingness to travel for client projects.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and execute meaningful engagements as a consultant with impact on the business.
  • Collaborate with Staff, Seniors, Managers and Partners across industries and services.
  • Engage directly with clients ranging from privately held to multinational corporations.
  • Participate in mentorship and Baker Tilly training through networking and open work environment.
  • Join the Value Architect training program to contribute to client engagements and personal development.
  • Support community stewardship activities.

Program Opportunities
  • Learn and execute meaningful engagements as a consultant that have an impact on the business
  • Collaborate with experienced Staff, Seniors, Managers and Partners with specialized experience and technical knowledge across numerous industries and services
  • Engage directly with a variety of clients ranging from privately held businesses to publicly traded multi-national corporations
  • Learn directly from mentors and additional Baker Tilly employees through a series of networking activities, formal training, and an open work environment
  • Participate in our year-long Value Architect training program designed to give you the tools needed to immediately contribute to client engagements and personal development

Qualifications
  • Maintain a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Outstanding academic performance with a minimum overall GPA of a 3.0 required with at least a 3.2 GPA preferred
  • Relevant internship, work experience and/or involvement with a professional organization
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel in various industries
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and collaboration skills
  • There is currently no immigration sponsorship available for this position
  • Be available to travel as needed for client projects

The pay rate range for this job position is $62,000 to $95,610. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.
