Qualifications

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with minimal supervision.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software/databases; advanced skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trace, review, and analyze financial records to determine sources and nature of transactions for forfeiture.
• Assist prosecutors by developing legal theories for forfeiture and preparing exhibits and abstracts of financial evidence.
