Job summary

Deloitte France seeks a Project - Analyst for Forensics and Investigations to support federal investigations using open-source data and intelligence analysis. You will illuminate networks, identify leads, and produce actionable intelligence for investigators.

The role requires at least 1 year in open-source research, the ability to obtain a security clearance, and up to 10% travel. You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ year of open source research or investigations experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.
• Ability to travel 5-10%, on average.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support federal investigations through open source data research and intelligence analysis to illuminate networks and leads.
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize publicly available information.
• Identify actors, networks, trends, and digital traces.
• Produce clear intelligence products and support investigators with timely research.
• Research public records, social media, news, websites, forums, and other open sources.
• Correlate data to build timelines, link charts, and entity profiles.
• Produce intelligence notes, reports, and briefing materials.
• Validate sources and document analytical confidence.
• Support investigators with rapid-turn analysis and ad hoc research.
• Maintain compliance with legal, privacy, and policy requirements.
