Job summary

Qualifications

• Nurse Aide I certification is preferred; if not certified, training will be offered and certification must be obtained.
• Knowledge of CNA principles including vital signs, lab data, and specimen collection.
• Knowledge of patient interactions involving behavioral, physical and medical interventions (within scope).
• Ability to work with behaviorally difficult patients while maintaining safety and a therapeutic environment.
• APS certification via CPI and CPR certification within 60 days.
