Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Psychologist to join the team at Women's Eastern Reception Diagnostic Center in Vandalia, Missouri. The psychologist will lead, consult, and provide direct mental health services to patients in a correctional facility.

Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, the role focuses on assessment and treatment of mental and emotional disorders, with preference for experience in forensic correctional settings.

Qualifications

• Ph.D or Psy.D in Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Active clinical psychologist license in Missouri or ability to obtain one.
• Must be able to pass background investigation, drug screen, and obtain agency security clearance.
• Experience in a forensic correctional environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological leadership, consultation and direct services for patients in an assigned facility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in providing assessment and treatment of mental and emotional disorders of patients.
