Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of relevant full-time professional auditing experience in financial industry or government agency.
• Five (5) years of relevant full-time professional auditing experience with an associate’s degree.
• Three (3) years of relevant full-time professional auditing experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• Current, valid licensure as a CPA or CIA may substitute for years of requirement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and perform complex investigative audits related to enforcement investigations.
• Analyze financial statements and documents to identify potential violations.
• Prepare written communications and exhibits for legal proceedings.
• Testify professionally in legal proceedings regarding financial investigations.
• Review financial statements for securities offerings or license applications as needed.
• Provide expertise on financial documents obtained by the Division’s examinations.
