AnaVation, LLC is seeking an experienced Forensic Analyst Test Engineer to join our team on a mission-critical program. You will conduct forensic analysis of capabilities and systems, and work with the testing team to develop and execute test plans and cases, performing both manual and automated testing.

The role requires an active Top Secret clearance and the ability to obtain SCI with a CI polygraph, with responsibilities to develop testing scripts and tools and ensure operational readiness

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer and Information Security, Computer Security, Computer Forensics, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience programming in Python scripting and/or using Python for automated test pipelines.
• Experience with forensic analysis and software testing.
• Proven experience developing and executing test plans and maintaining testing scripts and tools.
• Proficiency in advanced cybersecurity techniques to conduct forensic analysis.

Description of Task to be Performed:

AnaVation is seeking an experienced Forensic Analyst Test Engineer to join our growing team and support an exciting, mission-critical work program. The selected candidate will conduct forensic analysis of capabilities and systems. The selected candidate will also work with the testing team to develop and execute test plans and test cases; perform both manual and automated testing; identify, document, and track bugs and issues; and develop and maintain testing scripts and tools.

The Test Engineer will work as part of a high performing technical team alongside operational end-users to ensure the testing being performed meets operational requirements and to identify potential issues before they impact end-users.

This position requires an active Top Secret clearance and the ability to obtain SCI accesses with a CI polygraph.

Required Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer and Information Security, Computer Security, Computer Forensics, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related field. Relevant training, certifications, and work experience may be accepted in lieu of degree at the customer's discretion.
• Experience:
  • 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience programming in Python scripting and or using Python for automated test pipelines.
  • Experience with forensic analysis.
  • Experience with software testing.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing test plans.
  • Experience developing and maintaining testing scripts and tools.
  • Proficiency in using advanced cybersecurity industry standard techniques to conduct forensic analysis.

Active Top-Secret clearance and the ability to obtain SCI access with a CI polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with common forensics tools such as Cellebrite, Wireshark, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of mobile and desktop operating systems a strong plus.
• Knowledge of DevOps best practices.

Please note: The listed salary range reflects our market-based compensation structure. Final compensation will depend on business needs, local market conditions, internal equity, and the selected candidate's skills, education, and experience.
