Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
• Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field preferred.
• Active CPA or equivalent certification required.
• 5 years of experience in public accounting or related field.
• 3 years supervisory experience.
• Ability to travel based on client and business needs.
• Proficient use of applicable technology.

Responsibilities

• Serve as client's trusted advisor and identify client issues and solution options.
• Manage engagement deliverables such as financial statements and tax returns with QC.
• Supervise, train and mentor staff; ensure on-time delivery and budgeting.
• Develop engagement budgets and monitor billings and realizations.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and cross-service opportunities.
• Foster a collaborative team culture and support management decisions.
