Job summary

RSM is seeking an experienced Forensic Accounting Manager to join its Forensic Investigations and Dispute Services group. The role focuses on litigation support, damages analysis, and expert-witness support, with additional duties in fraud investigations and background checks.

The ideal candidate combines advanced financial analysis with complex damage model development, data analytics, and clear reporting for attorneys and clients alike.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years experience in forensic accounting, litigation support, damages consulting, or investigations.
• CPA/CFF/CFE/ABV/CVA/CFA or related credential preferred.
• Experience with complex damages analyses and financial models.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and economic loss calculations.
• Excellent communication skills for reports, depositions, and testimony.

Responsibilities

• Develop and defend economic damages models for sophisticated litigation engagements.
• Quantify lost profits, business interruption losses, and related damage claims.
• Support expert witnesses and counsel during depositions and trials.
• Perform transactional testing and forensic data analytics.
• Lead engagements, coordinate with attorneys, and mentor junior staff.
