Job summary

Corcoran Glass & Paint Inc. seeks a Foreman - Metal Wall Panel Installer to lead installation crews on commercial projects. The role involves reading technical drawings, coordinating materials and schedules, and ensuring safety and quality on site.

You will install aluminum wall panels, supervise the crew, and collaborate with project managers to meet timelines. The successful candidate has 2+ years of panel installation experience and strong leadership skills in commercial construction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in metal wall panel installation.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% with potential overnight stays.
• Ability to lift up to 75+ pounds.
• Strong leadership and ability to train teammates.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specs.
• Familiar with metal panel systems (IMP/ACM/fasteners/standing seam).
• Able to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Pre-employment screenings required.
• Reliable transportation.

What You’ll Do
As a Foreman - Metal Wall Panel Installer, you’ll play a key leadership role in managing and executing the installation of aluminum wall panels for high-profile commercial projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supervising installation crews to ensure high-quality workmanship and efficiency.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Coordinating materials, schedules, and site logistics for smooth project execution.
• Installing and fabricating metal wall panels with precision and adherence to project requirements.
• Ensuring job site safety and compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.
• Operating a variety of hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and cutting equipment.
• Running precise and clean caulk lines for a professional finish.
• Providing on-the-job training and mentorship to team members.
• Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and other trades to maintain project timelines.
• Maintaining a clean and organized worksite, ensuring all tools and materials are properly handled.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is a skilled installer with strong leadership qualities and a commitment to excellence. Here’s what we’re seeking:

• 2+ years of experience in metal wall panel installation.
• Familiar with some or all of the following: IMP, ACM, Concealed Fastener, Exposed Fastener, Standing seam, extruded Plank, Roof Edge, Roof Coping, Vapor Barrier, and Miscellaneous metal flashings.
• Prior leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and ability to read technical drawings.
• Ability to effectively lead a crew, delegate tasks, and troubleshoot challenges on-site.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and at heights using company-provided safety equipment.
• Flexibility to travel up to 20% of the time for projects, with potential overnight stays.
• The ability to lift up to 75+ pounds, with frequent bending, lifting, and twisting.
• Reliable transportation to meet the needs of the position.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to train and develop team members.
• Employment contingent upon passing required pre-employment screenings, in compliance with applicable laws.
