We Power America in Santa Barbara, CA seeks experienced electricians for foreman and supervisory Journeyman roles on high-profile commercial and industrial projects. This full-time, hourly position pays between $50 and $77 per hour.

All benefits are employer-paid, including health insurance and retirement. Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, code compliance, blueprint interpretation, and collaboration with engineers and other trades.

Qualifications

• Experience as electrician in commercial and industrial settings.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Supervisory experience or foreman role.
• Knowledge of codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
• Troubleshooting and repairs of electrical issues using appropriate tools.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal electrical codes and safety standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for installations.
• Upgrade and modify existing electrical systems as needed.
• Collaborate with engineers, other contractors, and team members to complete projects on time.
