The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in landscape construction and crew leadership. Familiarity with equipment like skid steers and an ability to read plans are necessary. The role offers weekly pay and a range of benefits including medical and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of landscape construction experience.
• Previous crew leadership or foreman experience.
• Ability to read construction plans.
• Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, and related equipment.
• Valid driver's license (CDL preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

This position is responsible for supervising field personnel, coordinating daily production, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe and productive job site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise landscape construction crews.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials.
• Read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Install and oversee irrigation, hardscape, retaining walls, plantings, and site improvements.
• Maintain project schedules, quality standards, and safety compliance.
• Complete daily reports and communicate with Project Managers and Superintendents.

• Ability to read construction plans.
• Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, and related equipment.
