Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical in Virginia is seeking a Senior Electrical Supervisor to lead assigned craft workers, plan labor needs, and ensure work aligns with project specs.

You will interpret blueprints, monitor safety, document activities, and enforce company policies. Travel may be required; state licensure and OSHA 30 preferred; background and MVR checks apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-10 years recent commercial electrician experience or related experience.
• State Electrical License strongly preferred.
• OSHA 30 or ability to obtain.
• Successfully pass pre-employment background and MVR checks when operating motor vehicles.

• Supervises and coordinates activities of assigned craft workers, plans labor requirements.
• Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed for area of supervision.
• Confirms completion & documentation of project Daily/Weekly/Monthly safety activities reporting.

• Analyzes and resolves work problems.
• Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
