Job summary

Feyen Zylstra is seeking an Electrical Foreman for the Kalamazoo, MI office to lead onsite electrical installations in commercial and industrial settings. You will supervise crews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure projects meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires 3+ years supervising electricians, ability to read schematics, and travel regionally to project sites. This is a full-time onsite position with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience installing complex electrical systems as an electrician.
• 3+ years supervisory experience leading crews.
• Knowledge of building construction methods, NEC, permits, and safety.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.

FZ is looking for an Electrical Foreman for the Kalamazoo, MI office. As an onsite project leader, this role ensures successful project completion by supervising electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance within commercial and industrial settings.

Key Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous Electrician experience and proficiency in the installation of complex electrical systems.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience and leading crews.
• Knowledge of building construction methods, NEC electrical code, permit requirements, and safety procedures.
• Competence in reading and following blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
• Experience with Bluebeam.
• Ability to travel regionally to project sites as needed.
