Job summary

Cardinal Civil Contracting in Kernersville, NC is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead heavy civil crews on pipeline and culvert installations. You will coordinate daily tasks, allocate resources, and ensure safety and quality on multiple sites.

The role requires guiding crews, subcontractors, and suppliers, recruiting and mentoring workers, and reporting project progress to site engineers. A minimum 5 years of field supervision and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supervising installation of pipe and culvert on heavy civil projects.
• Current OSHA 30 or greater a plus.
