Job summary

BHI Energy is seeking a CCP Foreman for the Roxboro Fossil Plant in Roxboro, NC. This long-term position directs and supervises the day-to-day activities of assigned personnel onsite, reporting to the plant in Roxboro, NC.

Responsibilities include coordinating between client personnel and work groups, ensuring safety, conducting pre-job briefings, and identifying improvement opportunities. A valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and 1 year foreman experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass background and pre-employment drug screen.
• 1 year foreman experience.

Responsibilities

• Notify management of need for repairs.
• Conduct and participate in Pre-Job and Safety Briefings.

BHI Energy is currently looking for a CCP Foreman at the Roxboro Fossil Plant, located in Roxboro, NC. This is a long-term position and does not pay any per diem or relocation fees. You will be responsible for day-to-day direction and supervision of work activities of direct reports within assigned areas.

You will report onsite to the plant in Roxboro, NC.

Specific Responsibilities –

• Direct daily activities of assigned personnel
• Augment and support assigned personnel in areas requiring additional assistance and at times where work demand his higher than expected
• Conduct and document focused observations of work activities for safety and operational improvement opportunities
• Provide direct coordination between client personnel and work group to understand daily and weekly work scope
• All duties and responsibilities contained within Job Description for those personnel being supervised
• Notify management of need for repairs

Additional Responsibilities

• Conduct and actively participate in Pre-Job and Safety Briefings
• Follow established safe work practices
• Use administrative documents, procedures, data sheets/forms properly
• Climb and work from ladders and scaffolding if necessary
• Capable of performing assigned duties and responsibilities.
