Standard Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Foreman with substantial experience leading heavy industrial civil construction crews. The role requires vigilance in safety hazards and overseeing safe operation of tools and equipment on an industrial construction jobsite.
Responsibilities include guiding skilled labor crews, optimizing manpower, ensuring tool and material readiness, and enforcing project specifications and safety policies to deliver quality results on time.

The Foreman reports to the General Foreman and must have experience leading heavy industrial civil construction crews. Must understand all safety hazards related to the work and oversee the safe and effective operation of work-related tools and equipment. Will be required to work in an industrial facility on construction jobsite setting.
The job will primarily be on or around construction/turnaround sites in petrochemical operational units and include possible hazardous environments such as confined spaces and working at heights. Exposure to loud noises, dust, dirt, irritants and smoke may occur. Special Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be necessary to control some hazardous environments. Additional forms of PPE may be required depending on the particular project. Safety requirements must be verified and meet standards set forth by client permits, policies and procedures, and be performed in compliance with all federal, state and local laws or ordinances before work activities can begin.
