Austin Powder is seeking a Foreman to lead location operations, asset management and staff in alignment with regional goals. You will ensure compliance, supervise daily activities, and maintain equipment and inventories while controlling costs and meeting customer requirements.
This role requires supervisory experience, budget responsibility, and strong communication. The candidate will work on site and contribute to safety initiatives, training, and timely reporting to the Location Manager.
Job Summary
The Foreman position assumes direct responsibility when directed by the Location Manager for managing location assets and personnel at location to meet established goals and strategies in support of the regional strategic plan.
Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Inventory Management software) Must demonstrate competency and proficiency in the following skills and/or abilities.
