Entertimeonline is seeking a Foreman to coordinate daily field execution of landscape construction projects from mobilization through completion. You will support the Superintendent, communicate with customers and field teams, and ensure safe, high‑quality work that meets schedule commitments and contract requirements.

The role requires hands-on leadership, coordination of labor and materials, and proactive problem-solving to adapt to field challenges while maintaining safety and productivity.

Formación

• Minimum five years of experience as a Foreman or in a comparable landscape construction leadership role.
• Landscape construction experience strongly preferred.
• Must meet and maintain union eligibility, membership, registration, or dispatch requirements as per the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training and experience may be considered.

The Foreman is responsible for coordinating the daily field execution of assigned landscape construction projects from mobilization through completion. This role supports the Superintendent, customers, and assigned field teams by producing safe, high-quality work; maintaining productivity and schedule commitments; using labor, materials, and equipment responsibly; and communicating field conditions that may affect project outcomes. The Foreman provides hands-on direction to assigned employees and is accountable for completing planned work safely, efficiently, and consistent with signed contracts and company procedures.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of landscape construction operations, sequencing, materials, equipment, and field practices.
• Ability to understand scopes of work, plans, schedules, daily production expectations, and field assignments.
• Ability to organize and coordinate labor, materials, tools, equipment, and daily work activities.
• Professional communication skills for employees, customers, vendors, subcontractors, and project leadership.
• Ability to monitor work quality, identify field issues, and communicate labor, material, equipment, safety, or schedule needs promptly.
• Positive, organized, and proactive approach to changing priorities and jobsite challenges.
• Ability to provide clear direction, reinforce expectations, and hold assigned employees accountable for safe, productive, quality work.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of five years of experience as a Foreman or in a comparable landscape construction field leadership role.
• Landscape construction experience is strongly preferred.

Physical Demands and Requirements

• Frequently required to stand, walk, reach, and use hands, arms, and fingers in active construction-site environments.
• Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb stairs, and navigate uneven jobsite terrain.
• Required to move or lift up to 40 pounds.
• Regularly works outdoors and must be able to observe field conditions and move safely through assigned work areas.
• Routinely uses phones, tablets, computers, and other standard jobsite or office equipment.
