Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of the moving and warehouse teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety and handling protocols.
• Manage inventory and storage organization.
• Schedule and plan moves, coordinating with customers and internal departments.
• Handle onsite customer service issues and resolve conflicts.
• Train new employees on proper moving and storage techniques.
• Report on team performance, including challenges and successes, to senior management.

Requirements

• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience: At least 3 years in a supervisory role within the moving, logistics, or storage industries.
• Education: High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred.

• Technical Proficiencies: Familiarity with inventory management software.
