Qualifications

• 5+ years of wood-frame construction experience.
• Previous experience as a Framing Foreman or similar leadership role.
• Multifamily framing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of wood-frame construction methods and sequencing.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and details.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate framing crews.
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety and quality standards.
• Ability to coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel between jobsites throughout Arizona.

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee and support framing crews across multiple active jobsites throughout Arizona. This position is responsible for coordinating framing crews, maintaining production and quality standards, supporting jobsite schedules, and ensuring crews have the materials, equipment, and direction needed to perform efficiently.

The ideal candidate has extensive hands‑on experience in wood-frame and multifamily construction, is a strong field leader, and can effectively manage priorities across multiple projects. This role requires someone who can anticipate jobsite needs, identify and resolve issues quickly, and maintain consistent expectations for safety, quality, and productivity across our framing operations.
