Pennline is looking for a Foreman to supervise utility line clearance crews in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania. The role involves coordinating activities to ensure productivity, safety, and quality of work. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills, while a CDL License is a plus.
The work schedule includes 4-10 hour days with potential overtime and regional travel as required. This position is essential for maintaining safety and meeting customer needs.
Position available for utility line clearance crew Foreman. The crew Foreman will supervise and coordinate activities associated with the safety, productivity, and quality of the field work processes in the assigned area(s).
Experience in the tree/line clearance industry is necessary, 3 to 5 years’ verifiable line clearance experience or related tree work experience. CDL License is a plus. Previous Foreman experience required. Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary. Herbicide or ISA licenses are a plus.
4-10 hour days. Schedule is either Monday thru Thursday or Tuesday thru Friday. Candidate must be available for Overtime & storm work as needed.

Travel required. Candidates must be flexible to travel regionally when called upon since work locations are subject to change upon short notice based on contract demands.
