STRUCTURAL Lake Charles, LA is seeking an experienced Concrete Repair Foreman to lead our field operations on complex repair and rehabilitation projects. You will supervise crews, oversee concrete repair and structural restoration activities, and ensure work meets project specifications.

A hands-on leader with strong safety discipline is essential. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in concrete repair or restoration, with experience in industrial facilities or equipment foundations.

Responsibilities

• As Foreman, lead field operations, supervise crews, coordinate daily activities, and ensure work is completed safely and to spec.

• Perform and document inspections to verify compliance with plans, specs, codes, and standards.
• Leverage knowledge of concrete structures and repair methods to support project execution.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment while maintaining daily Foreman Reports and progress tracking.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients to address field challenges and coordinate requirements.
• Promote STRUCTURAL's Safety 24/7 culture and maintain high safety, quality, and productivity standards.

• Industrial & Power Generation Facilities: Concrete repair, structural steel installation and repairs, and rehabilitation of industrial buildings, power plants, and supporting infrastructure.
• Dynamic Equipment Foundations: Repair and restoration of concrete foundations supporting heavy machinery, rotating equipment, and vibration-sensitive operations.
• Environmental & Liquid-Retaining Structures: Rehabilitation of water and wastewater treatment facilities, containment structures, tanks, and other liquid-retaining concrete structures.
• Existing Buildings & Infrastructure: Structural concrete repair, strengthening, steel repairs, and restoration to improve performance and extend service life.

We're looking for a hands-on leader with a strong background in concrete repair and structural rehabilitation who understands how structures perform under demanding conditions and what it takes to execute high-quality repairs safely and effectively.

Candidates with additional experience in structural steel installation, steel repairs, fabrication, or welding are especially encouraged to apply!

What You'll Do

As a Foreman, you'll play a key role in delivering complex concrete repair and rehabilitation projects while leading field operations, maintaining quality, and promoting jobsite safety.

• Lead Field Operations: Supervise crews, coordinate daily activities, and ensure concrete repair and restoration work is completed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications.
• Oversee Specialized Repairs: Direct concrete repair, structural rehabilitation, and related restoration activities, including structural steel installation and repairs when applicable.
• Ensure Quality: Perform and document inspections to verify compliance with project plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards.
• Apply Technical Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of concrete structures, repair methods, and construction practices to support successful project execution.
• Keep Projects Moving: Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment while maintaining daily Foreman Reports, tracking jobsite progress, and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to address field challenges and coordinate project requirements.
• Champion Safety: Promote STRUCTURAL's Safety 24/7 culture while maintaining high standards for safety, productivity, and quality workmanship.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in concrete repair, structural restoration, or related construction work.
• Previous experience leading field crews as a Foreman or in a similar construction leadership role.
• Strong understanding of concrete structures, construction methods, and repair techniques.
• Experience working on industrial facilities, power generation structures, equipment foundations, or environmental infrastructure preferred.
• Experience with structural steel installation, steel repairs, fabrication, or welding is a plus.
• Experience with protective coatings, waterproofing, or cathodic protection is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction field preferred; equivalent hands-on construction experience will be considered.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Anticipated annual compensation includes projected additional earnings opportunities and is not guaranteed. Actual earnings will vary based on hourly rate, hours worked, and applicable additional compensation.
