Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Electrical Lead for industrial and commercial projects in California. You will allocate resources, lead field teams, and coordinate with superintendents to align scope and safety plans.

The role requires a CA Journeyman Electrician license (C-10 or equivalent) with 5+ years of field experience, strong NEC knowledge, and the ability to read schematics, develop takeoffs, and produce as-built drawings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of electrical experience in industrial or commercial settings.
  • Valid California Journeyman Electrician license (C-10 or equivalent) with a minimum of 4 years documented field experience in commercial or industrial electrical work preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic hand tools, electrical meters, testing equipment, and handling standard voltage up to 480 VAC
  • Proficient in navigating the current edition of the National Electric Code Book and interpreting electrical prints and schematics
  • Ability to install electrical equipment, modify circuits, produce parts lists, work plans, and as-built drawings
  • Strong working knowledge of job site safety, identifying electrical hazards, and completing pre-work task planning with an emphasis on proper safety procedures and code compliance

Skills and Requirements
