Job summary

Carolina Conduit Systems in Charleston, SC seeks an experienced Underground Utility Foreman to oversee field crews, read and interpret plans and specifications, and ensure safe, quality trenching and shoring work.

You will coordinate with customers, enforce safety policies, manage site layouts from blueprints, schedule equipment and materials, and act as the on-site point of contact to drive production and timely completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in construction, underground utility experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications accurately.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; travel may be required.

• Complete daily project safety pre-task planning and weekly time sheets.

Well established underground electrical and communications utility contractor seeking an experienced job site foreman. Must have working knowledge of reading plans and specifications. Previous trench excavation and shoring installation experience.
