Job description

STRUCTURAL is seeking an experienced Foreman to join our team in Augusta, GA. This position is a growth opportunity for an aspiring leader and will focus on concrete repair and rehabilitation work.

In this role, you will work with our fully integrated repair companies to perform field investigations and develop repair solutions for existing structures and buildings, such as industrial and power-generating buildings, dynamic equipment foundations, and environmental liquid-retaining structures.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform and document inspections of concrete work to ensure compliance with project requirements, specifications, project execution plans, codes, and industry standards.
• Communicate effectively, preferably in English. Other languages are an advantage.
• Complete daily Foreman Report, track and log daily site work, verify accuracy, and submit in a timely manner.
• Enforce established job site policies, procedures, and standards of performance.
• Assemble data into reports and communicate results in writing and verbally, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all inspection and testing records prior to submission.
• Coordinate required paperwork and signoffs for owner acceptance.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related Civil Construction field.
• Minimum 5 years of expertise in the field of concrete repair, with experience in coatings, waterproofing, and/or cathodic protection of concrete being an advantage.
