CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Foreign Pharmacy Grad to participate in CVS’s International Pharmacy Intern program. The role focuses on patient safety, regulatory compliance, and pharmacy operations under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

You will engage in customer service, prescription processing, and ongoing professional development to meet licensure requirements and enhance clinical skills within a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Foreign Graduate from a Non-US Accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Pharmacist licensure in the state where the position is based within 120 days of internship.
• Complete US Intern hours within 18 months and achieve licensure as prescribed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in-store and at drive-thru with courtesy and professionalism.
• Process prescriptions including translation of SIG codes and labeling.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with inventory management and CVS workflow to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Support pharmacology operations under supervision of licensed pharmacist.
• Counsel patients and direct them to pharmacist when needed.
• Lead and participate in training of Pharmacy Support Staff and maintain a team culture.
