Job summary

CGS is seeking a Senior Foreign Disclosure Representative to analyze and review releases for international participants and mentor the Foreign Disclosure team. This senior position supports J2, with rotations between Ft. Bragg, NC and international locations, and requires active DoD TS/SCI clearance.

The role emphasizes policy interpretation, coordination with government partners, and management of foreign disclosure records and procedures in line with NDP-1 and related regulations.

Qualifications

• Six years of intelligence analyst or operations experience is highly desirable.
• Two years working as a Foreign Disclosure Representative is highly desirable.
• Provide foreign disclosure recommendations after analyzing release requests for CMI/CI.
• Collaborate on foreign disclosure training and review of technology security across NDP-1.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process foreign disclosure requests and propose recommendations to the Government per U.S. disclosure policies.
• Review products for release, ensure All-Sources identified and marks applied, and verify sources.
• Maintain archives of disclosure requests and adjudications; advise on policy and track decisions.
• Operate foreign disclosure databases to log reviews and provide recommendations as directed.

CGS is seeking a skilledForeign Disclosure Representative (FDR) – Senior to provide analysis and high‑level support as the senior member of a major program office Foreign Disclosure team. In this role you will be responsible for reviewing and documenting the release of information to international participants and providing mentorship and Senior‑level review to the Foreign Disclosure team.

Skills and attributes for success

• Prepare and process foreign disclosure requests and propose recommendations to the Government per U.S. disclosure and release policies and guidance
• Review various products for release, ensuring All‑Sources have been identified and appropriate security classification markings are applied and verifies sources against product content
• Maintain record archives of disclosure requests and adjudications and responds to requests for data; propose disclosures or releases of information after technical and substantive reviews of information; advise on foreign disclosure policy and procedures in accordance with the Foreign Disclosure program; and track and maintain records for decisions concerning disclosure
• Possess in-depth knowledge and experience in IC and DoD policies and procedures for determining the releasability of classified information. This position supports the J2 both CONUS at Ft Bragg, NC and OCONUS/TDY at a fixed location, on a 6-month rotational basis

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) years of intelligence analyst or intelligence operations experience is highly desirable
• Minimum of two (2) years working as a Foreign Disclosure Representative experience is highly desirable
• Provide foreign disclosure recommendations after analyzing release requests for Classified Military Information (CMI) and Controlled Unclassified Information to support US Government information/intelligence sharing requirements
• Manage actions related to facilitate foreign visit requests, provide, and assist in foreign disclosure training, provide foreign disclosure/technology security review of technology, TTPs and operational/intelligence products across CAT 1-8 areas IAW National Disclosure Policy One (NDP-1)
• Conduct FDR duties IAW NDP-1, CJCSI 2110.0 IE, DoDD 5230.11, ITAR, and USSOCOM policies
• Collaborate with Government individuals responsible for foreign disclosure, technology transfer, and export control
• Operate designated foreign disclosure database/management systems (i.e., Foreign Disclosure Management System, iDisclose, etc.) to log and provide foreign disclosure review and recommendations from varied sources, as directed by the Government
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI
