Job summary

Invictus, a Red River company, seeks a Foreign Disclosure Officer in Reston, VA. You will review and adjudicate foreign disclosure requests for CI/HUMINT data and system access, ensuring strict adherence to policies and safeguarding national security.

You will coordinate with Enterprise Management offices on international data-sharing requirements, maintain case files, and provide foreign disclosure guidance to program personnel and system users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience.
• Minimum 8 years of directly related technical experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Review and adjudicate foreign disclosure requests for CI/HUMINT data and system access
• Ensure compliance with foreign disclosure policies in data sharing and system design
• Coordinate with other Enterprise Management offices on international partnership data sharing requirements
• Maintain foreign disclosure case files and tracking systems
• Provide foreign disclosure guidance to program personnel and system users
