Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in Foreclosure, Default, Loss Mitigation or Collections.
• Proven ability to manage complex foreclosure cases and resolving escalated issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of foreclosure accounts and ensure compliance.
• Oversee preparation of essential legal documents.
• Communicate with external parties including attorneys and service providers.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of foreclosure actions.
• Manage financial calculations related to judgments and bids.
• Mentor Entry-Level Foreclosure Specialists.
