Qualifications

• Two years Title Report review and research.
• Two years Treasury systems experience and billing knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of property tax statutes.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, OneNote.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Equivalent combination of experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the property tax foreclosure process and lead the team.
• Apply WA state statutes on tax foreclosure and billing.
• Communicate with taxpayers and stakeholders with strong customer service.
• Resolve account issues, reconciling property tax records.
• Read Title Reports and draft notices, maintain records.
• Apply Lean tools to improve productivity and policies.
