Friedman Vartolo LLP in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Foreclosure Paralegal to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will manage foreclosure cases from referral through conclusion, coordinate title work, payoffs, and document preparation, and meet tight deadlines.

The role requires strong organizational, research, and writing skills, the ability to work independently under pressure, and confident client communication by phone.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-year related foreclosure experience.
• Broad knowledge of real estate default services.
• Experience in LPS, CaseAware, Tempo, etc. is a plus.
• Superior organizational skills, research, and writing skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Independent worker; Deadline driven.
• Able to manage a heavy workload.
• Confident and comfortable on the phone.
• Works well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Draft documents such as motions, pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• E-filing with various court systems.
• Document recording.
• Maintain client and case files.
• Correspond with and update clients.
• Maintain filing/document system.
• Organize and maintain the group's calendars, provide & adhere to legal deadlines.
• Organize and archive the documents related to completed and ongoing litigations.
• Prepare reports for attorneys.
• All other related duties as assigned to support departmental and firm needs
